To the editor: The nice bald eagle, greater than the fleeting sensation of fireworks, symbolizes all that’s nice about our personal American democracy. America has soared sturdy all these 250 years, but just like the eaglets of Massive Bear Valley, who could also be in hurt’s manner due to close by fireworks this July 4, our very democracy is in jeopardy as nicely (“Timing of July 4th fireworks couldn’t be worse for Massive Bear eaglets, advocates say,” June 24). We’ve discovered hope within the younger eaglets of Massive Bear Valley, so weak at beginning, raised by devoted dad and mom to close fledge.
Could those that have the facility to relocate the fireworks celebration permit the lives of those younger eaglets to culminate in flight, their birthright. We are going to watch them soar excessive above us — our inspiration, our hope.

To the editor: I’m attempting to wrap my head round Go to Massive Bear’s assertion that the choice to maneuver ahead with an occasion that endangers the beloved eagle household “was not made frivolously.”
Is there some profoundly necessary purpose that we have to terrorize Mom Earth and all her creatures, from pets to wildlife, in an effort to have a good time the beginning of this nice nation?
We are able to do higher.
