Teenage Fanclub have introduced a brand new album, Do Not Dare to Dream, which is ready for launch on October 9 by way of Merge. The follow-up to 2023’s Nothing Lasts Endlessly is led by the nice and cozy and catchy ‘Day In The Solar’. It comes paired with a video filmed on location at Black Bay Studio on Nice Bernera by Donald Milne. Test it out under.
Commenting on the album title, the band’s Norman Blake mentioned: “These ‘dare to dream’ sentiments are sort of ridiculous. I don’t suppose the world works that method.” Raymond McGinley added, “We will nonetheless be cheerful and optimistic within the face of issues not being nice.”
