SAN LEANDRO — The San Leandro Police Division has issued a shelter-in-place order for residents residing on Begier Avenue and Glen Drive between Chetland Street and Superior Avenue.
The police division issued the order at 6:15 p.m. Saturday as their seek for a hit-and-run suspect who’s believed to be armed, in accordance with the alert.
