MANILA, Philippines – Clean and sultry vibes will take over the Rappler HQ as Cyra Gwynth performs on Dwell Jam on Thursday, September 4!
Cyra was born and raised in Belgium, and had grown up surrounded by music — tuning in to Filipino artists like South Border, Jeremy Ardour, and Sarah Geronimo, in addition to Western R&B acts like Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, and Rihanna.
Incorporating components from different R&B, ’80s pop, glamrock, and hip-hop into her sonic profile, Cyra would go on to launch her first single, “Maintain On,” in 2018, and every part would observe from there.
She would later broaden her catalogue along with her debut EP Pink Cotton, a number of singles in between, and her full-length album CONSCIOUS in 2022.
PLAYERTWO’s Luke April is an everyday inventive accomplice of hers, serving as her present producer, and collaborator within the remix of the music “addicted.”
