The Metropolis of Seattle is offering $1.5 million in truck buying incentives to Zeem Options, a Los Angeles-based firm that’s serving to to affect fleets serving the Port of Seattle.

Zeem has partnered with Jet Metropolis Trucking LLC and Ephrata Trucking LLC to include 12 new electrical drayage vans — a kind of industrial quality Class 8 truck used to move freight over brief distances — primarily on the port.
