Police Response and Discovery
Officers responded to welfare considerations on the Spring Avenue property round noon Sunday. Upon arrival, they found the sufferer inside the house. Paramedics offered rapid therapy, however he died on the scene.
Suspect in Custody
Authorities arrested a 41-year-old man believed to dwell on the tackle. Officers escorted him from the house barefoot, wearing a T-shirt and shorts, with proof luggage protecting his arms. He was transported to Burwood police station for questioning and has not been charged.
