Joe Biden loyalists really feel they have to rehabilitate his tarnished picture. Operatives and donors who had been knee-deep within the Biden or Harris campaigns naturally have scores to settle and grudges to air. And above all, the ideological warriors of the Democratic left and heart need to blame one another for the debacle, simply as they’ve blamed each Democratic defeat massive or small on one another since about 1968.
