Dr. Roberts' Neighborhood

ICE has arrested Ian Andre Roberts, "a felony unlawful alien from Guyana in possession of a loaded handgun, $3,000 in money and a set blade searching knife. On the time of his arrest, Roberts was working because the Superintendent of Des Moines Public Colleges regardless of being an unlawful alien with a last order of removing and no work authorization." When federal officers approached Roberts, he sped away in a car supplied by the varsity district.
