The San José State College Police Division and the FBI have nabbed a person they are saying is the wrongdoer behind a collection of violent and hateful written messages left in males’s and gender-neutral loos on the college.

The suspect was recognized as Ziheng “Tony” Fang, 30, of San José, a graduate scholar pursuing a grasp’s diploma in knowledge science.
