Three teenage boys have been arrested within the killing of a Texas Marine veteran who was working as a rideshare driver to help his mom and sister, authorities stated.
The arrests are tied to the Sept. 4 loss of life of 28-year-old Quoc “Jake” Nguyen, who was discovered useless alongside a roadside after being shot, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stated Thursday.
A 15-year-old has been charged with capital homicide, whereas a 14-year-old and 13-year-old face expenses of tampering with proof.
