Sen. Warren on Why Democrats Had To Shut It Down

At midnight on Wednesday, the federal authorities shut down. Democrats made good on their promise to vote in opposition to a unbroken decision if Republicans did not lengthen expiring Obamacare tax credit, and funding expired. Now, each side are digging in to play the blame recreation.
