Nawas, a vendor and supplier of journeys to spiritual websites around the globe, canceled a whole bunch of worldwide excursions in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fairly than refunding the total quantity of deposits and funds, the company unlawfully withheld “cancelation charges” of between $200 and $1,150 per traveler, in accordance with prosecutors.
