An Ohio officer who shot and killed a pregnant Black mom in a grocery store parking zone after she was accused of shoplifting has been acquitted of all expenses, together with homicide.
Blendon Township police officer Connor Grubb might have confronted as much as life in jail for the taking pictures dying of Ta’Kiya Younger. A federal lawsuit filed towards the police chief alleges that Grubb was not was not educated or supervised correctly and “recklessly escalated” his response to the state of affairs.
Grubb and Moynihan had approached Younger’s parked automotive on Aug. 24, 2023, a few report that she was suspected of stealing alcohol from a Kroger retailer within the Columbus suburb.
