And because it’s now 10:00 and we’ve got a quorum, I declare this assembly open. So my title is Phil Trueman. I am the CFO and CFO and Firm Secretary right here at Monadelphous. And I would prefer to begin at the moment’s proceedings by introducing Laurah Phillips, our Studying & Coaching Advisor in our Indigenous engagement workforce for an acknowledgment of nation.
So Laurah helps the engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples inside Monadelphous and performs a key function within the retention, improvement and attraction of our Indigenous workers. So welcome, Laurah.

We’re holding this assembly on the lands of the Whadjuk folks, who’re the biggest of the 14 language teams of the Noongar Nation. Whadjuk nation extends from Yanchep to North, Mandurah to the South and York to the East, overlaying a complete of 6,700 sq. kilometers.
