Motek, the fast-expanding mini-empire of Mediterranean cafes, simply claimed its fourth Manhattan location.
Mum or dad firm Glad Nook Hospitality will open the following Motek at 184 Bleecker St. within the West Village, former dwelling to Cafe Figaro.
The tenant was repped by KSR, a brokerage led by Carolina Azia and Samuel Chera.
The three,900 square-foot venue will open on the nook of Bleecker and Macdougal streets in January.
Glad Nook founder Charlie Levy stated, “Within the Nineteen Nineties, this was my go-to spot once I was youthful, and bringing Motek right here appears like closing the circle.”

As we reported, Motek beforehand signed a lease to switch Serafina at 2178 Broadway uptown and one other to switch Rue 57 at 60 W. 57th St.
It’s already opened at 928 Broadway in Flatiron the place crowds come for hummus, mezze, shawarma, kebabs and steakhouse cuts.
