New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s working mate, former New York Metropolis Council member Adrienne Adams, voted in favor of permitting some non-citizens to vote in Massive Apple municipal elections.
Adams voted for the measure handed by the town council in late 2021 that might have allowed lawful everlasting residents and people licensed to work within the nation to vote within the metropolis’s municipal contests.
