David Del Rio didn’t come out on prime in a reopened CBS investigation into his interactions along with his former “Matlock” costar Leah Lewis … TMZ has discovered.
Sources inform TMZ that the community didn’t change its earlier determination to fireplace Del Rio … regardless of the actor presenting new proof in an try and clear his title … and the guide has now been closed.
As TMZ first reported, David adamantly denied claims towards him — that he allegedly sexually assaulted Lewis on Paramount property in October. He employed powerhouse lawyer Shawn Holley to symbolize him, and the community reopened the investigation into the actor after he demanded they evaluate further particulars.
