My identify is Farrell Granath, and I am co-lead with Jeff Spector for healthcare REITs and the BofA REIT workforce. Nice. Nicely, hiya, everyone. Thanks in your curiosity. Invoice Wagner, our CFO, is correct over there; and Derek Bunker, SVP of Technique and Finance is over there. And my identify is Dave. Comfortable to be with you and CareTrust. So for those who’re new to the story, I am going to simply provide you with 45 seconds on us.
