To the editor: There’s nothing extra merciless than mistreating girls and their youngsters (“85-year-old French widow caught in Trump’s immigration crackdown describes her detention,” Might 12). Marie-Thérèse Ross’ (no relation to me) account is nothing wanting terrifying for her and the susceptible girls and kids who had been held captive along with her. I’m glad she’s secure now, and I hope her account of those atrocities will carry adjustments within the system.
I want to see extra brave folks report on the extent of depravity of the Trump administration. It must be uncovered and stopped.
