The agent, Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr., is accused of pointing a gun on the heads of two civilians in a car, Hennepin County Lawyer Mary Moriarty mentioned.

That is the primary case of an ICE agent going through expenses associated to the Trump administration’s Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota, which drew nationwide outrage after the deadly shootings of two U.S. residents by federal immigration legislation enforcement.
