MANILA, Philippines – The Nationwide Safety Council, alongside the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Bureau of Investigation, broadcasts in a press convention on Monday, April 13, the intiial findings of cyanide use by Chinese language Maritime Militia boats within the areas surrounding the BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal within the West Philippine Sea.
