To the editor: Have been an ATM to spit out my requested foreign money, or had been I to obtain foreign money in change at a retailer, and had been that foreign money to have the present president’s signature on it, my response can be to go to the closest financial institution and request an trade of these payments for older payments with out that signature (“Trump’s signature is heading to your pockets in a foreign money first,” March 27).
