A San Diego County man has been charged with homicide after a confrontation in Fallbrook that left one landscaper useless and one other hospitalized, in line with authorities and NBC Information.
Michael Anthony Burke, 70, of Fallbrook, was arrested Monday after allegedly firing his shotgun right into a car and killing Martin Lucas Esteban, an immigrant from Guatemala who was engaged on a close-by property, in line with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Division.
