Greater than 191,000 Aroeve air purifiers have been recalled after dozens of overheating incidents and one reported fireplace, in response to the U.S. Shopper Product Security Fee (CPSC).
The recall impacts roughly 191,390 items of Aroeve model air purifiers, regulators stated.
“The air purifiers can overheat and ignite, posing fireplace and burn hazards to customers,” the CPSC stated in a recall discover.

Aroeve has obtained 37 stories of the air purifiers overheating, together with one report of a hearth, in response to the company. No accidents or property harm have been reported.
The affected merchandise are mannequin MK04 items manufactured earlier than July 2025 with serial numbers starting with “BN.” The air purifiers had been offered in black and white.
