AheadComputing, a Portland, Ore.-based chip startup that designs and licenses CPU cores aimed toward boosting efficiency for AI and information heart workloads, introduced a $30 million funding spherical.

Based in 2024 and led by former Intel engineering leaders, AheadComputing says its CPU cores are sooner and extra environment friendly than current choices for AI-heavy workloads.
