Aileen Lopera Reportedly Drops Paternity & Baby Assist Lawsuit In opposition to Stefon Diggs

On Wednesday, January 21, US Weekly revealed an unique report asserting that Aileen Lopera dropped her paternity and youngster assist lawsuit towards Stefon Diggs. Per the outlet, Lopera reportedly did so on Tuesday, January 20.

Her lawyer, Tamar G. Arminak, reportedly instructed the outlet, “The matter has been resolved.” At the moment, it stays unclear what “resolved” the matter, and whether or not Lopera and Diggs negotiated some sort of settlement.

As The Shade Room beforehand reported, in December 2024, Lopera filed a paternity swimsuit and custody towards Diggs, claiming he was the daddy of her then-unborn youngster. She reportedly requested for his parental relationship to be established and for him to be granted visitation amid her receiving full custody. In April 2025, Lopera gave beginning to her child woman, Charliee.

In July 2025, Diggs responded to the swimsuit, asking for genetic testing. Moreover, he asserted that if his paternity was established, he wished joint custody of the kid. Then, in November, Digg’s paternity of Charliee was confirmed, per The Shade Room.

“We are able to verify that Mr. Diggs is the daddy. And, we’re hopeful that he’ll meaningfully contribute to the kid’s life and coparent with our consumer, who has needed to do all the things on her personal to date,” Lopera’s lawyer instructed US Weekly on the time.

On the time, the lawyer famous that Lopera and Digg’s case wouldn’t be resolved till he and Lopera had been “capable of resolve [their issue] themselves.”
