The truth star and well being guru – who based the approach to life and wellness model Poosh in 2019 – has revealed she has abstained from alcohol since 2022.
Sharing her posh meal out, she posted to her Instagram Tales on January 16: “@Khloudfoods @KhloeKardashian def instructed them I haven’t drank alcohol in 3 years.
“Fancy Friday.”
Kourtney, 46, subtly sharing her sober milestone comes after she shared how her partner, Travis Barker, conjures up her to be a “higher individual”.
The Kardashians star marked her husband’s fiftieth birthday with a heartfelt Instagram publish wherein she described being married to the Blink-182 drummer as an “honour”.
Sharing a string of images on Instagram on November 14, 2025, Kourtney wrote: “Wow…Blissful fiftieth birthday to my good-looking husband!! Grateful, beneficiant, actual, uncooked, devoted, devoted, household man, proficient, survivor, all the things… simply a number of the phrases used to explain you by those that know you greatest!
“The chief of our household. My residence.
“You encourage me each single day to be a greater individual.
“It’s an honor to be your spouse, and the best pleasure to stay life by your aspect. I’m so pleased to have fun you immediately child! I really like you past any phrases may ever inform. (sic)”
