Huge Tech is jamming preemption of state AI legal guidelines into the Nationwide Protection Authorization Act (NDAA) on the final minute, however it’s unclear if they’re totally conscious of what it could really imply. If Congress prohibits states from implementing AI insurance policies that will defend their residents, it could have far-reaching penalties. True conservatives in Congress should uphold their pro-American values and refuse to help any preemption effort that will finally be a coronation of Huge Tech as our nation’s new rulers.
