Cardi B‘s losing no time preparing for her upcoming tour … simply days after having her fourth youngster, TMZ’s unique video reveals she’s already again engaged on her health!

We received the clip of her Thursday morning in a New Jersey health club, rocking only a sports activities bra and leggings as she went by a exercise sesh … you’ll be able to see she wasn’t shy about exhibiting her midsection.
