Storm Tino (Kalmaegi), the Philippines’ twentieth tropical cyclone for 2025, is threatening the Visayas, parts of Mindanao, and a number of other areas in Southern Luzon with average to torrential rain and robust to harmful winds. It made its first landfall in Southern Leyte at 12 am on Tuesday, November 4.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Providers Administration (PAGASA) warned the general public to be on alert for hazards, together with floods, landslides, and storm surges.
