The 50-year-old actress stated her pal gave her the nickname “Emmys coach” after Sarah advised Katherine, 58, to remain calm and benefit from the awards bash – which was held on the Peacock Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles, California, on September 14.
Sarah advised Folks: “She calls me her Emmys coach as a result of I have been actually lucky to have gone and run that gauntlet a few occasions, and I’ve gained and I’ve misplaced.

The American Horror Story actress went on to share that Hollywood legend Jamie Lee Curtis, 66, had beforehand given her comparable recommendation.

This year’s Primetime Emmys proved to be an unforgettable night for Katherine as she bagged the Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series gong for her role as charge nurse Dana Evans in the HBO Max medical drama, The Pitt.
She said in her emotional acceptance speech: “Oh, I am so proud and honoured to receive this award from the Academy.
“My whole career, I wanted to work for John Wells [Executive Producer of The Pitt], and he elevates all the things in his wake. John, I’m so a lot better once you’re round, principally as a result of I don’t need to get fired.
“Thanks, Scott Gemmill [Executive Producer of The Pitt], the writers and all of the nurses that impressed Dana, Noah Wyle [who plays Dr. Michael “Robby” Rabinovitch in The Pitt], oh my God!”
And Katherine closed out her acceptance speech by thanking her household.
She stated: “And lastly, my kids [son Henry Hopper and daughter Eloise Show], for making me actual and my stunning husband, Grant Present, for serving to me all the time with all the things.”
