Nationwide protests are scheduled on Sunday, September 21, to denounce corruption in flood management initiatives.

The most important rallies are set at 9 am at Luneta in Manila, then at 2 pm on the Folks Energy Monument in Quezon Metropolis. The two pm rally, which organizers referred to as the “principal occasion” in Metro Manila, is dubbed the Trillion Peso March.
