An actor claims her again was damaged at an upstate farm when she was thrown from her horse, which was allegedly spooked by the steady proprietor’s “aggressive” and unrestrained canine.
Kristina Klebe, who has appeared in horror flicks reminiscent of “Dementia” and Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” wrote on Instagram that the Sept. 2, 2022 incident at Meadow Creek Farm modified her life.
One “12 months in the past at present I broke my again … I didn’t speak about it much- if in any respect,” she wrote in September 2023.
“However at present I’m celebrating my new birthday … Sept 2nd. The day I didn’t die.”
Klebe, 46, has sued the farm in Dutchess County’s Nice Valley and its proprietor Helaina Ricciardi, claiming in court docket papers that Ricciardi’s pooch, Bailey, was unsecured and bumped into the using ring whereas Klebe was taking a trot.
The “aggressive” animal “jumped and lunged” at Klebe and startled her horse, tossing her to the bottom and leaving her with “extreme, everlasting” accidents, she stated within the Manhattan Supreme Courtroom case.
