Lifting its title from Sara Teasdale’s 1918 poem ‘There Will Come Delicate Rains’, Vendrán Suaves Lluvias was recorded between Montréal, Barcelona, and Mexico Metropolis. It was written fully by Estrada, with orchestral preparations by Owen Pallett (Frank Ocean, The Nationwide, Haim).
“Vendrán Suaves Lluvias is the album I’ve been engaged on for the previous two or three years,” Estrada defined in an announcement. “The songs had been born little by little, some because the pandemic, others extra not too long ago. It encompasses my search to seek out myself and my important vitality. This venture was born from making an attempt to show discomfort into hope, from not stopping to see the sunshine regardless of the fad.”
She continued: “From the primary track to the final, I attempted to create a journey that connects us with pleasure and motion. I wished power and hope to be the guiding thread all through the album.”
Vendrán Suaves Lluvias options the beforehand launched tracks ‘Lila Alelí’ and ‘Como Un Pájaro’. “The liberty to decide on the sounds I wished initially terrified me, it appeared like an immense and unimaginable place to start,” Estrada mentioned. “However once I allowed myself to pay attention attentively to my instincts and embraced that freedom, a honest and clear world slowly started to type.
