To the editor: So Gov. Gavin Newsom has disclosed his final 4 revenue tax returns, kind of (“Newsoms launch tax returns. See how a lot the couple earned since he turned governor,” July 31). I say “kind of” as a result of he has solely shared them with a small group of media, he didn’t permit the tax returns to be copied or photographed, and he has not shared them instantly together with his constituents, the individuals of California. A really forthcoming elected official would simply publish them on his web site and be accomplished with it.
